1. Tickets Purchase
1.1. Tickets for the MK Latin Dance Festival are available to purchase only through our online system on http://buytickets.at/purpleflamingoevents/274400 (powered by Ticket Tailor).
1.2. You should receive your confirmation immediately on the email provided while purchasing (if you haven’t got the confirmation please contact us directly).
1.3. Tickets prices increasing every month accordingly to the table provided on our website http://mklatindancefestival.co.uk/tickets/
1.4. Online sale will be available until the day before the festival – 11.55pm on 12th September 2019.
1.5. After this date the tickets will be available only at the festival reception (Friday 13th September – Romeo Dance Academy, Saturday and Sunday 14-15th September – Jurys Inn Hotel).
2. Tickets Collection/Wristbands
2.1. The tickets will be ready for collection at the festival reception (Friday 13th September – Romeo Dance Academy, Saturday and Sunday 14-15th September – Jurys Inn Hotel) – exact opening hours will be announced closer to the event.
2.2. You must collect your ticket personally, please bring your confirmation either digital or printed version and valid ID/document with your name and picture on it.
2.3. Tickets are in form of the wristbands, which will be putted by the member of staff on your wrist and must be worn at all time during the festival period.
2.4. Each person is entitled to one copy of the wristband.
2.5. No exchange will be given if destroyed or lost, so please take care of them.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. No cancellations are accepted by the festival organizers, however you can resale/transfer your ticket to another person.
3.2. If you decided to do so please contact us and provide the other person details.
3.3. Resale/transfers are accepted only until the day before festival – 11.55pm on 12th September 2019 (no changes will be accepted after this date).
4. Program/Artists line-up
4.1. All the artists announced on our website or social media have been confirmed at the time of promotion, however some changes might be done according to circumstances (artists injuries, personal matters, emergencies, etc.)
4.2. General program is currently available on our website and detail workshops schedule will be announced very soon.
4.3. Workshops schedule might be subject to changes (artists, styles, levels, etc.)
Unfortunately neither of the festival venues providing a free car park, therefore a public car park has to be used during the event (charges: standard tariff £0.50/hour, premium £2/hour, free after 6pm)
Discounted accommodation prices at the venue are available for the festival attendees. Please call Central Reservation Office on 0870 4100 800 and quote Group Code GRPINHA1 (offer available only till 03/08/2019)
